He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Schrader and LaVina Schrader (Parks); his siblings, Lewis Schrader (Maxine) and Janice Perkins (Harry); his brothers-in-law, Paul Morway, Sr. and Merle Morway; his nephew Douglas Schrader; his niece Becky Clabuesch (Perkins); and his great-niece Tracy Ziegenfuss.
He is survived by: his wife Sally Jean Morway; his sons, Joseph Schrader of Greenville and Dean Schrader of Greenville; his grandsons, Jacob and Matthew Schrader of Greenville; his nieces, Debbie McNeil (Michael), Carol Ziegenfuss, Holly Goldberg (Fred), Renae Baker, Brenda Johnson (Thomas) and Sara Johnston (Andy); his nephew Paul Morway; and his close friends, Mitchell Evans and Don Allen.
Memorial contributions may be given to St. Charles School or the Greenville Ecumenical Food Pantry.
