He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Merlin, Diana Fox, Don, Judy McEachern, Fred and Jane Foco.

He is survived by: his girlfriend Jessica; his parents, Brian Foco and DeAnna Foco (Fox); his brother Jeff Foco (Lily Sims); and his close friends, Kyle Pollock, James McGraw and Jessica Velchansky.
