She was predeceased by: her parents, Larry Wietsma and Margaret Wietsma (Tobey); her stepfather Walter Folkertsma; her sister Jackie Gallagher; her grandson Kevin Farr; and her brother-in-law Bud Bush.
She is survived by: her husband Jack; her children, Robert Farr (Lori Haversack) of Greenville, Cherri Chlebek (Mike) of Orleans and Terri McClaine (Brian) of Grand Rapids; her grandchildren, Tony Farr (Deb), Lisa Farr, Jason Chlebek, Michael Chlebek, Shaylee Chlebek, Sarah Brockheim (Josh), Kayliegh Halladay and Aeriel Brenner (Steve); and her siblings, Marilyn Bush of Alto, Darcy Doerr (Wayne) of Grand Rapids and Ken Folkertsma (Colleen) of Rodney. She is also survived by 22 Great Grandchildren, 6 Great Great Grandchildren.
