He is survived by: his parents, Scott Zerka and Trace Zerka; his brothers, Eric Zerka (Chelle), Ben Zerka (Katelynn) and Michael Zerka; his grandmother Karen Sue Richards; his uncles, Steve (Cindy Zerka), Randy (Linda Thompson), Dan (Lori Gardner), Tim (Julia Richards) and Dave (Tristin McCollum); his cousins, Tyler Richards, Anthony Gardner (Marissa), Ryan Gardner (Katie), Dana Pappas (Bryce), Murphy McCollum, Erin McCollum, Alexa Zerka, Ashleigh Zerka, James Zerka, Emma Daniels and Logan Daniels; and his close friends, Lauren Herring, Austin Hancock, Raelyn McElhinny, Mason Myers and Thomas Allen.

Blake had a deep love for animals; to honor that love, in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the Montcalm County Animal Shelter.
