He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Henry and Marie Skinner (Hunsicker); his siblings, Peg McMillian, Larry Skinner and David Skinner; and his grandson Caleb Phenix.
He is survived by: his wife Sandy Skinner; his children, Art (Jamie Skinner), Cindy (Steve Schofield), Peggy (Doug Westmoreland), Lige Skinner, Stacey (Brandon Smith), Mary, Robert (Kristi Heiss) and Tim Johnston; and his grandchildren, Brennon, Katelynn Smith, Kelan Skinner, Charlea Skinner, Jamie, Brianna, Brittany and Tori Phenix.
