He is survived by: his wife Dawn Nye; his children, Roger Alvarez (Lori), Dylan Nye (Andrea), Katlyn Nye (Jordan), Cortnee Nye (Joe), Molly Rinckey and Steven Rinckey (Hannah); his mother Rosemary Nye; and his brothers, Rick, Jeff and Robb Nye. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and extended family and friends.
