He was predeceased by: his parents, William Bernard Mills and Anna Evelyn Pichner; and his sisters, Ann and Donna. He is survived by: his siblings, William Mills, Terry Wright (Richard) and George Mills (Melanie); his children, April Rose (Ryan), Kelli Polk (Dan) and Justin Mills; and his grandchildren, Zachery, Allison, Abby, Zoe and Ben. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
