She is survived by: her daughters, Jonikka Jones and Amberlee Newsom (Virginia); her husband Robert Newsom; her grandchildren, Devin Jones, Daija Heller and Dezirae Marr; her sister Tammy Pate (Chris); her sister-in-law Mary Shankle; her nieces, Jessica Jenner, Brittany Burgess and Stephanie Pate; and her nephew David Burgess.
