He was predeceased by: his son Kelly; his parents, Leonard Curtis and Margaret Curtis (Johnstone); his wife Karen Curtis (Hall); and his brothers, George and Larry Curtis.
He is survived by: his children, Kevin Curtis (Jodee) of Grayling and Kimberly Murphy (Ken Cox) of Roscommon; his grandchildren, Jessica, Kristopher, Kyle, Kody, Mollie, Ryan, Cassidy and Kane; and his nephew Jim Curtis (Anne) of Hendersonville, Tennessee.. He is also survived by ten great-grandchildren.
