He is survived by: his wife Terrie Smallwood; his children, Jeremy Smallwood (Teresa), Joseph Smallwood (Alyson), Toni Nolfo and Steven Klotchko (Aimie); and his siblings, Shirley Brafford and Dennis Smallwood. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren.
