He is survived by: his children, James Burr Jr. of Wichita, Amanda Stephenson of Broken Arrow, Rebecca Allen of Owasso and Samantha Burr of Grayling, Michigan; and his siblings, David Burr of Tulsa, Julie Burr-Waltz of Drummond Island and Sherrie Roe of Bartlesville, Oklahoma.. He is also survived by many grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
