She was predeceased by: her parents, Leonard Bedard and Alda Bedard; her brother Raymond Bedard; her husband Col. William Duane Sloan; and her former husband Laurence F. Collins, Sr..
She is survived by: her siblings, Patricia Trudeau (Edgar) of Milford, MI and Col. James Bedard (Sue) of Aikin, SC.; and her children, Dennis (Diane Goschke) of Grayling, Kevin (Sandy) of Ann Arbor, Susan Harland (Richard) of Grayling, Mary of Grayling, Mark (Valerie) of Grayling, Tim (Mary Lou) of Charlotte, MI and Ann Marie Donley of Grayling. She is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions can be made to Northern Pines Assisted Living Facility or St. Mary Catholic Church in Grayling, where Jeanie was a lifelong member.
