He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph McKenzie and Sophie McKenzie (Szlaga); and his wife Beverley McKenzie. He is survived by: his sister Elaine Uryga (McKenzie); his children, Scott P. McKenzie (Alexis) of Shelby Township and Jennifer Richey (Chris) of Holly Michigan; and his grandchildren, Paige, Luke, Clare and Lily. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, May 3rd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Village Funeral Home & Cremation Services (135 South St, Ortonville, MI 48462). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, May 3rd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers Duane would like donations to be made in his name to Hospice of Michigan and Anglers of the AuSable.
