He is survived by: his wife Dee Ann Kerekes; his children, Heather Orr (Rhett), Todd Monge (Nicole McRae), Jennifer Kurtz, Ryan Monge (Jacqueline), Brandy Kurtz, Nathan Kurtz and Amber Monge; his grandchildren, Nicholas Kurtz, Zachary Monge (Emily), Mason Orr and Quinn McRue; his great grandchildren, Olivia Monge, Connor and Charlie; and his siblings, Jan Serig, Kelly Kurtz, Page Barber-Kurtz and MaryAnn Oldsberg.
