She was predeceased by: her brother Chuck. She is survived by: her husband Eric Bankhead; her stepdaughter Shannon Bankhead of Tarzana, CA; and her cousin Jeff Schrieber. She is also survived by family, as well as many dear friends and extended family.
After moving north to the North Branch of the Au Sable River in Lovells Township area, she continued with conservation efforts and was active in the Au Sable North Branch Area Foundation, serving as board member, treasurer, and chairperson.
