He is survived by: his mother Beverly Slane; his daughter Keira Pauley-Slane; his brother Ryan Slane; his aunts and uncles, Betty, Alton Howard, Charles Slane, Margaret Ball, Sandy Ball Jenkins, Rose Goebel and Mary Gaken; his cousins, Karen Howard (Mark Groll), Betsy Ball (Tony Brown), Shawn Mikkelson (Bill), Billy Ball (Sarah), Michael Ball (Kelly), Michelle Baisden (Tom), J. C. Goebel (Jessie), Renee Luke, Matt Gaken (Nikki), Lindsay Gaken and Eileen Ball; and also, Keira and Emily Pauley.
