He was predeceased by: his parents, John Richard and Loretta M. Outhwaite (Stephenson); and his son Mark Outhwaite. He is survived by: his sons, Scott Outhwaite (Erica) of Grass Lake and Jeffery Outhwaite of Jackson; his sister Rose Stickel of Gainesville, Florida; and his grandchildren, Blake Outhwaite, Olivia Clarke (Jobe), Savanna Outhwaite, Dylan Outhwaite and Eric Outhwaite. He is also survived by four great-grandchildren.
