She was predeceased by: her parents, John Rakoczy and Betty Rakoczy (Vince); her siblings, John Rakoczy and Shirley Przywara; and her brother-in-law Sid Ferriss.
She is survived by: her children, Michael Neibauer (Donna) of Farmington Hills, Keith Neibauer (Carrie) of Grass Lake, Kendra Manduzzi (Mark) of Whitmore Lake and Heather Brown (Shawn) of Grass Lake; her grandchildren, Kourtney Noll (Ryan), K. J. Neibauer (Leah), Nicole Manduzzi, Lauren Neibauer, Cody Brown, Nick Neibauer, Mitchell Manduzzi and Colten Brown; her great grandchildren, Kaylyn and Owen; her sisters, Helen Francis of California and Betty Rose Ferriss of Linden, MI; and her siblings-in-law, Ursula Rakoczy of Florida and Phil Przywara of Chicago.
Memorial contributions in Emma's name may be made to St. Louis Center.
