He was predeceased by: his parents, John Maginity and Ruth Maginity (Long); his parents-in-law, Gilbert Wagoner and Jessie Wagoner; his daughter-in-law Sheila Maginity; and also, Pooh Bear and Molly.
He is survived by: his sisters, Kathryn, Mary and Chris; and his sons, William Maginity (Tamara), Jeff Maginity (Cathy), Darrin Maginity (Anita), Terry Maginity and Kevin Maginity. He is also survived by sisters, sisters-in-law, and brothers-in-law; many loving family members and friends.
