He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Fowler and Catheryn Margaret Fowler; and his brothers, Bryan James Fowler and Frank Henry Fowler. He is survived by: his siblings, Melissa Crans, Deb Fowler and Donald Fowler. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles.
