She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Smith and Rosalie Smith; and her brother Alan Smith. She is survived by: her husband Scott; her children, Christopher and Melissa; her brother Bill Smith; and her cousins, Scott and Randy Chapman. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, Scott's Mom and his 6 siblings.
