With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Sylvia Susan Jordan Nelson of Grant, Michigan, born in Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on February 20, 2025 at the age of 32. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father James Nelson; her siblings, Jesse Nelson and Kasha Nelson; and her grandparents, Richard, Lois Fairfield, Emil and Myrtle Nelson.
She is survived by: her mother Susan Nelson; her brother Michael Nelson (Michele); her nephew Eric Nelson (Dagmara); her great-nephew David Nelson (Tracey); and her sister Kathy Nelson. She is also survived by aunts; uncles; cousins; nieces; and many other family members.
