He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Robinson and Charlotte Robinson (Slaughter); his spouse Shirley Ann Thomas; and his brothers, Jimmy Robinson and David Robinson.
He is survived by: his children, Mary Jo Umlor (Ken) of Grant, Donna Robinson of Topeka, Kansas and Richard L. Robinson Jr. (Roxanne) of McMinnville, Oregon. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren.
