He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Durant and Mary Durant; his former wife MaryLou Durant; and his daughters, Laura Mayne and June Haddad.
He is survived by: his wife Carrol; and his children, Joseph Durant (Mary), Joyce Shepard (Dave), Cindy Brandes (Ken) and Renee Durant. He is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren and one great great grandchild.
