He was predeceased by: his parents, Carr Osborn and Edith Osborn (Hole); his children, Linda Carlson and Timothy; and his brothers, Leonard Sr., Lawrence and Jerry.
He is survived by: his wife Mary (Stevens); and his children, Raymond Osborn, Jr. (Caroline), Jeffrey Osborn (Kathie), Leonard Osborn, Jr. (Tennille), Jodie Priest, Jeffery Priest, Susan Hoezee (Steve), Patti Gale (Al), Julie Fosnaugh, Janet Clark and Bonnie Buttleman. He is also survived by grandchildren and many great grandchildren.
