He was loved and cherished by many people including: his fathers, John Michael and Oliver; his daughter Cathie Rebelo (Agnelo) of North Dighton, MA; his stepchildren, John F. Dupras Jr. of Grant, Debra J. Hilton (Jim) of Benton Harbor and Bryan S. Dupras (Kim) of Tioga, PA; his siblings, James Barr (Theo) and Virginia Youn; his pet Lou; his wife Ione; and his siblings, Lucille, Edward, Richard and Eugene. He was also cherished by 9 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren.
He was especially proud of the restoration he did of his father's Oliver tractor which was donated to the Buckley Old Engine Show in 2021.
