He was predeceased by: his adoptive parents, Robert Milligan (Lorraine Milligan) and Lorraine Milligan. He is survived by: his wife Laurie Milligan; his children, Kristina Lawrence (Brad), Michael Milligan (Brandi Vander Jagt) and Trisha Milligan (Nate Dusseljee); his grandchildren, Madeleine, Weston, Veda, Nolan and Hazel; his sister Gloria Watson (Don); his parent Frank Thompson (Deb); his pet Miss Bella; and his parent Mike. He is also survived by many family members, cousins and friends.
