Larry Lee McClain Obituary
We are sad to announce that on February 14, 2025, at the age of 87, Larry Lee McClain of Grant, Michigan passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward McClain and Ruth McClain (Brown); his stepfather Harry "Pike" Church; his wife Janet McClain (Sutake); his daughter Sherrie Rish (McClain); his son-in-law Donald Rish; and his siblings, Corvin "Junior" McClain, June Chittenden, Beverly Shaffer (Lester) and Virginia Smith (Brad).
He is survived by: his daughters, Sheryl Webster (Mike) and Jill Herdegen (Jim); his grandchildren, Katie Webster, Rachel Blanzy (Benny), Michelle Wood (Adam), Emma Partee (Skyler), Jeremy Herdegen and Elizabeth "Libby" Cagle; his great grandchildren, Treylen Blanzy, Finnley Blanzy, Samantha Wood and Troy Wood; and his brother Jim McClain (Nancy). He is also survived by many nieces; nephews; cousins; and caring community of friends and neighbors.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 22nd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Grant Wesleyan Church (688 W 112th St, Grant, MI 49327). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, March 22nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
