He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Ray and Donna Joyce Carlson Sr. (Waybill); and his brother Richard Carlson. He is survived by: his siblings, Sheryll Carlson of Zeeland, David Carlson of Fremont, Joyce Crotser (Martin) of Newaygo, Sandra Bishop of Holland, Larry Carlson of Hastings and Ronald Carlson of White Cloud.
