He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Kenneth Ruiter and Elizabeth Ruiter; his wife Nancy Ruiter; his children, Keith E Ruiter Jr., Murlean Ruiter, Bobby Jo Ruiter-Sparks and Richard Ruiter; his siblings, Cora DelPercio, Roxane Cotton, Heather (Dane Powell) and Connie (Ed Peterman); his brother-in-law Dean Bomar; his siblings, Carol Bomar and Joe Ruiter; his nephew Kenneth Ruiter; and his parents-in-law, Richard, Mary Hoekstra and Murlean Hoekstra. He was also cherished by grandchildren; 11 grandchildren.
