She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Wiersema and Gertrude Wiersema (Groenink); her grandsons, David and Chip Radius; and her siblings, John Wiersema, Howard Wiersema, Bruce Wiersema and Gay Geerlings.
She is survived by: her husband Benjamin Kruithoff; her daughters, Karla Radius (Mark), Valerie Teitsma (Dan), Muriel Richeal (Thomas), Laurel Radius (Steve), Brenda Shepard (James), Kathy Bunker (Greg) and Jill Brown (Dave); and her sisters, Doreen VanDyke and Merele Katt (Gordon). She is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
