It is with great sadness that we announce the death of George Atwood Jr. of Grant, Michigan, who passed away on August 22, 2020, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, George E. Sr. Atwood and Josephine V. Atwood; his former wife Joyce; his son G. Denny Atwood; his daughter-in-law Barbara Atwood; and his siblings, Raymond, Bernetta, Laurita and Marjorie.
He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Atwood; his children, LouAnn Baldridge (Richard), Timothy Atwood, Ted Atwood (Anita), Tom Atwood (Teri), Gregory Atwood (Tammy), Jeffery Atwood (Nettie), Debra Wright (Richard), Kelly Brown (Butch), Debora Ward and Andrew Atwood; and his brother Leonard Atwood. He is also survived by thirty nine grandchildren; thirty six great grandchildren; two great great grandchildren.
