He was predeceased by: his parents, Duane W. Kutchinski Sr. and Mary Spaugh (Herring); and his brother Eric Spaugh. He is survived by: his wife Wilma Kutchinski; his siblings, Dick Spaugh (Teri), Robert Spaugh and Cindy Spaugh; his sister-in-law Barbara Spaugh; and his close friend Patricia Glazier. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
