She is survived by: her father Peter Priest; her children, Chris Johnson (Jessica) of Westfield, Indiana and Mindy Conley (Devon) of Grant, Michigan; her grandchildren, Brennan Johnson, Jared Conley, Scarlett Johnson, Francie Johnson and Casey Conley; her mother Janice Phillips (Hamilton); and her siblings, Peter Priest II (Lena), Cathy Eberly (Bruce) and Cynthia Priest. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Charity worked as a Special Education Teacher for Fairfield High School, Goshen, Indiana until her retirement.
