He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerald Wakeham and Elizabeth Wakeham; his sister Diane Moss; and his nephew Jeffrey Roberts. He is survived by: his wife Luanne Labatzky; his children, Michael Wakeham Jr. (Stephanie), Scott Hollis and P. J. Hollis (Nikki); his stepchildren, Lesley and Lisa Rummel; and his sisters, Connie Nordberg and Pat Roberts (John). He is also survived by ten grandchildren; three great grandchildren.
