He was predeceased by: his parents, William Peckham and Helen Peckham; and his brother Robert Peckham. He is survived by: his wife Judy; his children, Jonathan Nguyen, Robert Peckham, Bella Peckham and Chad Peckham (April); and his brother Thomas Peckham. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
