He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Kuzmicz and Betty Kuzmicz; and his parents-in-law, George and Joy Berends. He is survived by: his wife Sheryl Kuzmicz; his daughters, Laura Kuzmicz and Jenna Kuzmicz; his siblings-in-law, Steve Berends, Sharon and Brad Possehl; his aunt Wanda Kuzmicz; his close friend Pete Marshall; and his pet Tommy. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
