He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Bellgraph and Bonnie Bellgraph; and his brother Mark Bellgraph. He is survived by: his wife Norma; his children, Brian Bellgraph (Piper Benjamin), Matthew Bellgraph (Vanessa) and Cheryl Costello (Neil); his siblings, Larry Bellgraph (Ann), Sherry Carr (Jack) and Jodie Phillips (Shane); and his grandchildren, Corynn, Olivia, Phaedra, Easton and Anna. He is also survived by 15 nieces and nephews.
