She was predeceased by: her parents, Alvin Grover and Norma Grover (Klein); her former husband Charles H. Begin; and her daughter-in-law Arlene Begin. She is survived by: her husband James M. Masko; her children, Dave Begin (Elaine) and Rhonda Strating (Duane); her grandchildren, Traci Langeland, Kami Strating (Autie Earls) and Alex Strating (Hannah); her great grandchild Emmie Earls; her siblings-in-law, Kenny Begin (Janet), John Masko, Gregg Griffis and Maggie Thompson; and her aunt Marge Schmuldt.
