We are sad to announce that on November 15, 2024 we had to say goodbye to Sandra Hooyer of Grandville, Michigan. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Gerrit Geers and Johanna Geers; and her sister Shirley Geers. She is survived by: her husband John; her children, Bonnie, Mike Komejan, Brian, Barb Hooyer, Betsy and Randy Cross; her grandchildren, James, Danielle Komejan, T. J., Jackie Komejan, Stacie, Chaz VanKoevering, Ryan Hooyer, Tyler, Allison Hooyer and Alex Cross; her great grandchildren, Harper, Haven, Jackson and Parker; and her brothers, Ron (Bev Geers) and Don (Marcia Geers). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, November 20th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Matthysse Kuiper DeGraaf Funeral Home (4145 Chicago Dr SW, Grandville, MI 49418). A funeral service was held on Thursday, November 21st 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
Those who wish may make memorial contributions to Anchor Point Christian School or Grandville Calvin Christian School.
