He was predeceased by: his parents, Orval Forgar and Iva Forgar; and his sister Barbara Holbrook. He is survived by: his wife Barbara (Wizorek); his children, Noelle Fish (Corey) and Scott Forgar; and his siblings, Richard Lee Forgar (Joanne), Clarissa Tonkin (John), Dema Gerencher and Jack Forgar. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
