He was predeceased by: his sisters, Donna Thompson and Caroline Higgins. He is survived by: his wife Carole Hilbrands; his children, Kim Glashower (Tom), Patricia Hilbrands and Nancy Brouwer (David); his grandchildren, Anna Merrill (Alex), Joel Glashower (Sheila Riffe), Luke Glashower (Alyssa), Micah Glashower (Alison), Seth Brouwer (Cambrie Ballast) and Ben Brouwer; his great grandchildren, Charlie, Max, Everlee, Eleanor Merrill, Ella and Levi Glashower; and his siblings, Will Hilbrands (Janice), Doris Anderson (Chuck), Mildred Cole, Wilma Van Kampen, Beatrice Hamstra (Charles) and Ruth Steigenga. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
In lieu of flowers and in memory of Ron, contributions may be made to the Lemmen-Holton Cancer Pavilion.
