He is survived by: his wife Nancy; his brother Walter Garrett; his daughters, Robin Laraway and Rinda; and his son-in-law Michael Taylor. He is also survived by three grandchildren and their spouses; five great-grandchildren; nephews and nieces; and numerous friends.
