Though Raymond Lee Vanden may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Raymond Lee Vanden touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.

He was predeceased by: his wife Karen Vanden Berg. He is survived by: his sons, Dave Vanden Berg (Julie) and James Vanden Berg (Sara); his grandchildren, Lauren (Kyle), Adam (Jamie), Jacob and Hanna; his great grandchildren, Bryce, Keegan and Daniel; and his sister Ruth Ruster (Les). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.

Visitation was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM at the Cook Memorial Chapel (East Building) (4235 Prairie St SW, Grandville, MI 49418). A funeral service was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
