She was predeceased by: her parents, David Howell and Evah Howell; her husband Frank Tjoelker; her stepmother Grace Howell; and her siblings-in-law, Rosemary Howell, Leona Tjoelker, Maxine Tjoelker, Lena Jones, Charles, John, Hank, Pete Tjoelker, Dick Ross and Norman Jones.
She is survived by: her children, Andrew Tjoelker (Kris), Sara Roelofs (Thad) and Frank Tjoelker; her siblings, Esther Ross, Dan Howell (Ruth) and James Howell (Faye); and her sisters-in-law, Irene Nieboer, Eleanor Tjoelker, Whim Orr, Gloria Tjoelker and Annette Schalo (Rich). She is also survived by her grandchildren, many nieces, nephews and friends.
Visitation was held on Monday, September 30th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Wednesday, October 2nd 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A celebration of life was held on Wednesday, October 2nd 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Fellowship Christian Reformed Church (4375 Ivanrest Ave SW, Grandville, MI 49418).
