With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Phyllis Murphy (Grandville, Michigan), born in Wyoming, Michigan, who passed away on October 11, 2023 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William Gilman and Leah Gilman; her son Michael Murphy; and her sisters, Beverly Gilman and Sharon Smith.
She is survived by: her daughter Rebecca; her son-in-law Scott Whitman; her grandsons, Ryan Wysocki and Alexander Whitman; and her nieces, Tawnie Springfield (Jeff) and Starlene Roe (Bill).
