He was predeceased by: his wife Ruth Ann. He is survived by: his children, Dave Garvin (Jerrie), Diane Zehnder (Bill) and Don Garvin (Jennifer); and his grandchildren, Matt Garvin, Ben Garvin (Ann Marie), John Zehnder (Kimberly Callton), Traci Zehnder, Angela Moyer (EJ Jr.), Quinn Garvin (Jessica), Grant Garvin and Audrey Lobdell (Jeff). He is also survived by 13 great grandchildren.
