She was predeceased by: her husband Alvin Zylstra; her sisters, Ruth Good and Gladys Timmer; and her siblings-in-law, Gertrude Molenkamp and Victor Good.
She is survived by: her children, Doug Zylstra (Karen), Laurie Schmitt (Gary) and Kerri Hanson (Robert); her grandchildren, Tyler Hanson (Kat), Tara Strayer (Jeremy), Brandy Johnson (Andy), Ben Schmitt, Amber Bowen (Andy) and Christopher Schmitt; her brother Melvin Molenkamp; and her brother-in-law Jerry Timmer. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and many great friends.
In lieu of flowers and in memory of Patsy, contributions may be made to MaryFreeBed Rehabilitation Hospital or Alzheimer's Association.
