With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Marilyn Vander Wiere (Grandville, Michigan), who passed away on February 16, 2022 at the age of 85. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Marilyn Vander Wiere to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her husband Bob Vander Wiere; her son Randy Vander Wiere; and her parents, Fred Geskus and Catherine Geskus. She is survived by: her children, Bobby Vander Wiere (Kim), Tim Vander Wiere (Norva) and Denise Vander Wiere; her grandchildren, Katie Pomarius (Dylan), Karra Vander Wiere, Luke Vander Wiere, Kelsey Vander Wiere, Kayla Eloff (JP), Trevor Vander Wiere (Kenzie Kelly), Zach Vander Wiere and Meghan Sloss (Tyler); and her great grandchildren, Corianna, Emeline, Emmett and Baby Eloff. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
A Celebration of Marilyn's Life will commence immediately after at 3 p. m. When in attendance, we kindly ask that all non-vaccinated guests wear a face covering and practice social distancing for their safety and well-being of the family.
In honor of Marilyn and in lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
