She was predeceased by: her husband Leon; her great grandchildren, Jason Mouw and Anthony Weber; and her siblings, Mel Skinner and Doris Groendyk.
She is survived by: her children, Patricia Lemonds of Florida, Mike Blair (Carol) of Delton, MI, Gloria Blair of North Carolina and Edward Blair (Robin) of Sand Lake, MI. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren; 17 great-great-grandchildren.
